Rookie Service
1.
Goods purchased from Provistore Limited are not returnable and hence not refundable 48 hours after delivery. Edibles are not returnable.
2.
Goods returned to Provistore Limited within 48 hours will be duly changed, however, the reason for the return must be reasonable.
3.
Returns made as result of failure on the part of the customer to provide the right information, will be replaced but at a cost to cater for pick-up and delivery.
4.
Returns out of a mistake made by Provistore Limited will be duly changed at no cost to the customer.
NB: Any change must be communicated within 48 hours after delivery. Beyond this time, returns are impossible. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Avalanche Service
1.
Goods purchased from Provistore Limited are not returnable and hence not refundable 48 hours after delivery. Edibles are not returnable.
2.
Returns made as result of failure on the part of the customer to provide the right information, will be replaced but at a cost to cater for pick-up and delivery.
3.
In force majeure situations, Provistore Limited will duly update customers post-haste.
4.
NB: All concerns with regards to the Avalanche Service of Provistore Limited must be communicated by contacting any of the Provistore Limited numbers. Provistore Limited will address the concerns of students on the next available midterm break or vacation.
