Payment Policy
Payment Before Delivery; beginning 1st January, 2025.
Provistore Limited has been in existence for 4 years and throughout this entire 4 years, we have been running a payment on delivery service. Management of Provistore Limited decided to end this service due to several instances of customers ordering on our platform just for fun and others ignoring calls from our delivery personnel when they get to the delivery destinations. Others also reject their orders on the back of excuses such as they spending their money because they thought Provistore Limited was not going to deliver. In all these instances, we invested resources to process and deliver, these cost of investment always became ours to bear. These unfortunate instances is what has warranted a decision of this nature. We entreat customers bear with us.
Rookie Service

Provistore Limited provides a payment before delivery service. Our payment on Delivery Service was cancelled after December 31st 2024. The decision to cancel was taken on the back of some recklessness of some customers who utilized our service in the past.

Provistore Limited prefers electronic payment to fiscal payment. As much as possible, we entreat customers ensure they have digital cash before walking into our facility to place their orders, pick up orders or even receive their orders from our delivery personnel.

Customers who order from Provistore Limited can either make their payments directly on our website through the existing check out process. This Payment goes to a third party application called Paystack, that ensures that a customer receives their order successfully or a refund in the event that Provistore Limited fails to deliver to them their order and does not refund their money to them on the back of the failure to deliver.
This third party application charges a customer a percentage for every transaction which is usually added to the Total Bill of selected items on the Provistore Limited platform. This charge is however not refunded by Provistore Limited to the customer in the event that a refund becomes necessary. If there is any dispute or failure on the part of Provistore Limited to deliver to a customer a service or a refund for failure to deliver a service, A customer is advised to escalate it with Provistore Limited and if there is no solution, customers can channel their grievances to our Head Office at Kaneshie, in the Greater Accra region.

Customers who order from Provistore Limited can as well make their payments directly to either of our Bank Accounts or Mobile Money account made available at the Checkout page on the Provistore Limited website. Payments made directly to either of our bank accounts does not come with any unfamiliar charges beside the Electronics Transfer Levy (E-Levy) and the Bank’s Transactional Charges for thePayment made to our bank accounts.
Any transaction made directly to the Provistore Limited Bank Accounts or to Our Mobile Money Account goes directly to the Provistore Limited Bank account and Mobile Money accounts respectively and hence if there is any dispute or failure on the part of Provistore Limited to deliver to a customer a service or a refund for failure to deliver a service, A customer is advised to escalate it with Provistore Limited and if there is no solution, can visit the Bank for which the transaction was made to for a complain. Customers are as well entreated channel their grievances to our Head Office at Kaneshie, in the Greater Accra region.
NB: Failure to settle the Total Bill of an Order with the exception of the delivery fee, Provistore Limited will not Process your Order. Failure to pay the Delivery fee to our Delivery Personnel will warrant a return of the order and if 48 hours after the delivery the order is not reinstated, automatically cancels the order and any transaction pertaining to the order is refunded to the customer. Aportion of the amount to be refunded may be forfeited to compensate for our invested resources, however, this will happen only after a dialogue.
