Provistore Limited retails all Senior High School (SHS) essentials students within the sector would need to get started and thrive during their stay in school from prospectus items like mattress, trunk, chop box, mosquito net etc. to personal-care items like food, clothing, cosmetics, bathroom etc.
We deliver to customers at their convenience whether at home or in school.
Our Services
Provistore Limited has two (2) active services currently, namely the Rookie Service and the Avalanche service. We have a package called the solicitude package which is set to begin in 2023. These services are defined below;
Rookie Service
This service is available to all JHS graduates about enrol to SHS who need items to aid their indispensable transition.
Avalanche Service
This service is available to continuing high school students immediately after vacation or mid-term holidays to make orders where these orders will be delivered to them in school.

Endeavouring to delight our customers is a shared responsibility at Provistore Limited embodied by all personnel under our tutelage from management to customer service personnel and the delivery team who deliver items directly to our customers at home or in school. Delivery Service
Provistore Limited delivery system is designed to safely dispatch orders to customers within an hour or less. However, this is impossible for customers beyond the borders of the Greater Accra region as orders direct deliveries to homes are restricted to within the borders of Greater Accra region and its immediate suburbs.
Deliveries beyond the borders of Greater Accra region would be conveyed by commercial vehicles en route to one’s vicinity. Provistore Limited deliveries are made possible by a team of transport agencies contracted by Provistore Limited, strenuously scrutinized and trained enough to embody our principles nonetheless.
Customer Service
Provistore Limited customer service is the heart of the company. Their passion to address the customer’s concerns is incredible and is the only department within Provistore Limited operational at all times.
Provistore Limited customer service is the most challenging department within Provistore Limited as it requires an enormous dexterity due to our service structure and strive to meet peak customer satisfaction.
