In Case of a Disagreement or An Issue with Provistore Limited
Any customer of Provistore Limited has the legal right to a certain quality of service and Provistore Limited has mitigation procedures to fix problems that may arise in Provistore Limited dealings with our customers. The Provistore Limited terms and conditions do not limit or take away any of those rights. Any customer of Provistore Limited is entitled to all the legal rights granted to consumers by the Constitution of Ghana.
Provistore Limited Warranty
Provistore Limited supplies several products and therefore cannot give a definite warranty timeline as different products have different lifespan.
Provistore Limited provides our services with reasonable skill and care. The expiry dates of goods we supply to our customers are checked and ensured to last a long while. Provistore Limited is willing to change defected products after investigation.
If after the investigation, we find out the product we supplied was bad, Provistore Limited will change it for the customer as soon as possible at no cost to the customer. If after investigation, we realize it’s the fault of the customer then Provistore Limited will not change the product. Liabilities and Disclaimers
Provistore Limited is only liable to actions or situations that beyond reasonable doubt, Provsitore Limited is responsible for. For example, Provistore Limited has contact details and is currently running a pay on delivery service. If a customer reports an issue of defrauding by someone claiming to be with Provistore Limited, Provistore Limited cannot claim responsibility for that. Provistore Limited will not claim responsibility for situations arising as a result of negligence and willful misconduct on the part of our customers.
Suspending Or Deleting A Customer’s Provistore Limited Account
Provistore Limited reserves the right to suspend or delete a customer’s account and deny them access to our services if Provistore Limited deems them or their actions unacceptable or we reasonably believe that their conduct causes harm or liability to Provistore Limited.

Payment Terms
Rookie Service
- Provistore Limited provides a pay on delivery service.
- Provistore Limited accepts Electronics payment only.
- A commitment fee of approximately ten percent (10%) of the total order fee is demanded for order validation.
- The delivery fee and remainder of the total products amount are paid in full
upon delivery.
Avalanche Service
- Provistore Limited requires products amount and delivery fee paid before order is processed.
- Provistore Limited accepts Electronics payment only.

Returns & Refunds
Rookie Service
- Goods purchased from Provistore Limited are not refundable.
- Goods returned to Provistore Limited will be duly changed, however, the
reason for return must be reasonable and tangible. - Returns made as result of failure on the part of the customer to provide the
right size of item will be replaced but at a cost to cater for pick-up and
delivery. - Returns out of a mistake made by Provistore Limited will be duly changed at
no cost to the customer.
Note: Any change must be communicated within 72 hours after delivery. Beyond this time, returns are impossible.
Avalanche Service
Goods purchased from Provistore Limited are not refundable.
- Returns made as result of failure on the part of the customer to provide the right size of item will be replaced but at a cost to the customer.
- Returns out of a mistake made by Provistore Limited will be duly changed at no cost to the customer.
All concerns with regards to the Avalanche Service to Provistore Limited must be communicated through the Provistore Limited numbers. Provistore Limited would address the concerns of students on the next available midterm break or vacation.
Order Duration
Rookie Service
- Provistore Limited begins order processing immediately after payment of commitment fee.
- Order delivery is scheduled to last between four (4) to Seven (7) working days after payment of commitment fee.
- Beyond this time, customers can proceed with cancellation of orders and claim their commitment fee in full if Provistore Limited refuses to communicate beforehand or give a justifiable reason for the delay.
- Any changes a customer makes affects the duration of an order directly however new timelines will be duly communicated.
- In force majeure situations, Provistore Limited will duly update customers post-haste.
- Failure to supply an item or items of an order due to product unavailability, Provistore Limited will communicate to customers before delivery day to make alternative arrangement.
Avalanche Service
- Provistore Limited begins order processing immediately after payment.
- Order delivery is scheduled to last between the first and second weekend
after school resumption. - In force majeure situations, Provistore Limited will duly update customers post-haste.
Shipment Policy
Rookie Service
- Before delivery, Provistore Limited will contact customers for delivery approval.
- The delivery fee is fixed and non-negotiable and it is to be paid on delivery.
- For Provistore Limited Rookie Service, Deliveries are restricted to within the borders of Greater Accra region and its immediate suburbs.
- Deliveries beyond the Greater Accra region would be conveyed by commercial vehicles en route to one’s vicinity.
Avalanche Service
- The delivery fee is fixed and non-negotiable and it is to be paid before delivery.
- For Provistore Limited Avalanche Service, Deliveries are restricted to only SHS campuses.
Branding Policy
Provistore Limited branding service is a service rendered to customers who want
inscriptions such as their name, form or anything on items bought from Provistore
Limited to render them distinct from others.
Items branding ranges from luggage category products such as Trunk and chop box
to dining products like bowls, cups et al.
Cloth branding is quite uncommon and hence the product most liable to theft on
campuses. Therefore, customers are encouraged to utilize Cloth branding as well.
Customers are encouraged to use this service especially for the rookie package.
- Branding is done per product issued to us by customers.
- Branding fee is not fixed, it varies across products.
- Branding fee is non negotiable and is to be paid together with the remaining fee on delivery
