Provistore Limited specializes in retailing essential items for Senior High School (SHS) students, offering everything they need to succeed during their time in school. Our product range includes prospectus items such as mattresses, trunks, chop boxes, and mosquito nets, as well as personal care items like food, clothing, cosmetics, and bathroom essentials. We retail study materials like Stationery, Textbooks and Past Questions for all High School courses.
We deliver to our customers at their convenience whether at home or in school.
Our Services
Provistore Limited started with two (2) active services, namely the Rookie Service and the Avalanche service. We have a new package called the solicitude package which began in 2023. These services are defined below.
Rookie Service
This service is available to all JHS graduates about enrol to SHS who need items to aid their indispensable transition. Theses orders will be delivered to them whether at home or in school.
Avalanche Service
This service is available to continuing high school students immediately after vacation or mid-term holidays to make orders where these orders will be delivered to them whether at home or in school.
Delivery & Logistics

Endeavouring to delight our customers is a shared responsibility at Provistore Limited, embodied by all personnel under our tutelage from management to customer service personnel and the delivery team who deliver items directly to our customers at home and in school. At Provistore Limited, we aspire to create a formidable corporation to guarantee more quality products and services constantly to our customers.
Delivery Service
Provistore Limited delivery system is designed to safely dispatch orders to customers within an hour or less. However, this is impossible for customers beyond the borders of the Greater Accra region as orders direct deliveries to homes are restricted to within the borders of Greater Accra region and its immediate suburbs.
Deliveries beyond the borders of Greater Accra region would be conveyed by commercial vehicles en route to one’s vicinity.
Provistore Limited deliveries are made possible by a team of transport agencies contracted by Provistore Limited and strenuously scrutinized professionals, trained to embody our principles.
Customer Service
Provistore Limited customer service is the heart of the company. Their passion to address the customer’s concerns is incredible and is the only department within Provistore Limited operational at all times.
Provistore Limited customer service is the most challenging department within Provistore Limited as it requires an enormous dexterity due to our service structure and strive to meet peak customer satisfaction.
